Vi \u00e4r en familj en mil utanf\u00f6r Ume\u00e5 vid havet, som f\u00f6der upp Australien Labradoodles (ALD). Vi har en uppf\u00f6dning i mindre skala enligt SALK\u00b4s (Svenska Australien Labradoodle Klubbens) riktlinjer f\u00f6r avel sedan 2022. Vi \u00e4r \u00e4ven med i WALA, och f\u00f6ljer deras rekommendationer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Alla v\u00e5ra avelshundar h\u00e4lsotestas och DNA-testas innan de \u00e4r godk\u00e4nda att avlas p\u00e5. Valparna veterin\u00e4r- och mentalitets testas innan leverans. <\/em><\/p>\n

Vi har tre stycken ”hemmaboende” tikar, varav en har g\u00e5tt i pension och tre tikar som bor hos foderv\u00e4rdsfamilj. Om ni letar efter en social, positiv, l\u00e4ttl\u00e4rd och aktiv hund som \u00e4ven kan slappna av i<\/em> hemmet, s\u00e5 kan det h\u00e4r vara den hund ni s\u00f6ker.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Denna snygga kille har vi t\u00e4nkt para Sienna med, n\u00e4r hon l\u00f6per till v\u00e5ren. Han \u00e4r en liten medium som \u00e4r 44 cm i mankh\u00f6jd och v\u00e4ger ca 12 kg. Han har en bed\u00e5rande fleecep\u00e4ls som \u00e4r chokladf\u00e4rgad med vita tecken.<\/p>\n

    Det \u00e4r en mjuk och f\u00f6ljsam hane, som s\u00f6ker kontakt med b\u00e5de m\u00e4nniskor och hundar i alla \u00e5ldrar. Han \u00e4lskar \u00e4ven att mysa.<\/p>\n

Vi f\u00f6ll direkt f\u00f6r hennes sociala kompetens, mentalitet samt hennes styrkor att vilja att arbeta och hur hon anpassar sig till olika m\u00e4nniskor. Hon har nu g\u00e5tt i pension d\u00e5 hon nu har haft tre valpkullar.<\/h4>\n

    Ursprunget till labradoodle \u00e4r fr\u00e5n Australien p\u00e5 1980 talet d\u00e5 Wally Conron var ansvarig f\u00f6r avel av labradorer till ledarhundsutbildning. Under en semester till Hawaii m\u00f6tte han en kvinna som var blind och hennes h\u00f6gsta \u00f6nskan var att kunna ha en ledarhund. Hennes man var sv\u00e5rt p\u00e4lsdjursallergisk s\u00e5 hon trodde inte att hon skulle kunna ha en hund.<\/p>\n

    Han tog det h\u00e4r som en utmaning och t\u00e4nkte att kanske fungerar det om man utbildar en storpudel till ledarhund \u00e5t henne. Han klippte bitar av h\u00e5r fr\u00e5n flera storpudlar och skickade till kvinnan men fick varje g\u00e5ng beskedet att maken hade f\u00e5tt allergibesv\u00e4r. Han funderade vidare och t\u00e4nkte att kanske g\u00e5r det att f\u00e5 fram en hund som inte f\u00e4ller h\u00e5r men som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r utan pudelns tjocka underull. Det kanske skulle kunna bli en hund med mindre m\u00e4ngd allergen.<\/p>\n

    Han parade sin b\u00e4sta labradortik med en storpudel och ur den kullen var det tre valpar som visade sig ha mindre m\u00e4ngd allergen. En av dem utbildades till ledarhund och hennes man fick aldrig n\u00e5gra allergibesv\u00e4r av hunden.<\/p>\n

    Ryktet om de h\u00e4r hundarna spred sig snabbt, de var vackra, hade ett fantastiskt trevligt temperament och de f\u00e4llde inte h\u00e5r!<\/p>\n

    Under 80-talet s\u00e5 valde man att \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda andra raser \u00e4n labrador och pudel, som Amerikansk Cocker Spaniel eller Engelsk Cocker Spaniel. Det genererade i ALD (Australiensisk Labradoodle.<\/p>\n

    Labradoodlen \u00e4r ingen ras utan en blandras,detta enligt Svenska Kennelklubben. SLK (Svenska Labradoodle Klubben) vill utveckla ”rasen” med fokus p\u00e5 mentalitet och h\u00e4lsa\u00a0 f\u00f6rsta hand. Utseendem\u00e4ssig s\u00e5 jobbar vi f\u00f6r att det ska bli homogent och rastypiskt.<\/p>\n

    Vi f\u00f6ljer de riktlinjer som tagits fram f\u00f6r rasstandard och fastst\u00e4llda h\u00e4lsoprogram. Vi avlar bara p\u00e5 friska, mentalt sunda och rastypiska hundar.<\/p>\n

    Enligt Svenska Australian Labradoodle Klubben:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    S\u00e5 ska en labradoodles temperamentk\u00e4nnetecknas av en glad, social, \u00f6ppen och ha en inbjudande attityd mot m\u00e4nniskor och andra hundar. Den ska vara l\u00e4ttl\u00e4rd, intuitiv, samarbetsvillig och trygg i olika milj\u00f6er och sammanhang. En Labradoodle ska vara nyfiken p\u00e5 sin omgivning och ha en flexibilitet som g\u00f6r att den snabbt anpassar sigtill det som hunden f\u00f6rst kan tycka \u00e4r fr\u00e4mmande. De ska vara or\u00e4dda, fram\u00e5t och s\u00f6ka kontakt i m\u00f6te med nya m\u00e4nniskor. Detfinns en stor vilja att vara tillags och den beskrivs ofta som b\u00e5de inituitiv och mild. Ofta trivs de i vatten och m\u00e5nga \u00e4r naturliga apport\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n

    En Labradoodel beh\u00f6ver varje dag mental aktivering och m\u00f6jlighet att springa av sig f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 som allra b\u00e4st och komma till sin r\u00e4tt. Den \u00e4lskar m\u00e4nniskor och uppskattar vanligtvis tr\u00e4ning och olika hundsporter.<\/p>\n

    De \u00e4r k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r sin av-\/p\u00e5-knapp och brukar med l\u00e4tthet kunna v\u00e4xla mellan aktivitet och ”vila”.<\/p>\n
